Als Direct Team assistant werk je op interim-basis bij onze opdrachtgevers, variërend van zorginstellingen tot technische bedrijven. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en je krijgt de kans om jouw expertise in te zetten in verschillende sectoren. Je werkt in een hybride omgeving, waarbij je soms vanuit huis werkt en soms op kantoor bij de opdrachtgever. Samen met een compact team of zelfstandig ondersteun je directieleden en managers, waarbij jouw organisatorische vaardigheden en flexibiliteit centraal staan. Wat ga je doen? - Beheren van complexe agenda's en coördineren van afspraken voor directieleden en managers. - Organiseren van vergaderingen, inclusief het voorbereiden van stukken en notuleren. - Ondersteunen bij lichte projecttaken, zoals planning en voortgangsbewaking. - Signaleren van knelpunten in processen en voorstellen doen voor verbeteringen. - Afstemmen met verschillende stakeholders en zorgen voor een soepele communicatie. Wat bieden wij jou? Een basispakket aan voorwaarden zoals hieronder. Omdat wij onze medewerkers gelijkwaardig belonen op basis van de CAO van onze opdrachtgevers, kunnen je arbeidsvoorwaarden positiever uitpakken! - Een basissalaris vanaf € 3.500 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, exclusief toeslagen/inleningsbeloning (dit kan oplopen tot € 4.000). - Een vast arbeidscontract voor 24 of 32 uur per week. - Werktijden zijn flexibel en in overleg met onze opdrachtgevers. - Hybride werken is meestal mogelijk; het aantal thuiswerkdagen en de dagen zelf verschillen per opdrachtgev...
