Jouw functie bij Synaeda Als directiesecretaresse ondersteun je de directie van Synaeda en zorg je voor structuur, overzicht en een professionele uitvoering van secretariële en organisatorische werkzaamheden. Je bereidt afspraken en overleggen zorgvuldig voor en bewaakt de opvolging ervan. Je beheert complexe agenda's, organiseert vergaderingen, bewaakt actie- en besluitenlijsten en verzorgt een adequate afhandeling van correspondentie. Daarbij houd je overzicht over lopende zaken, signaleer je tijdig waar afstemming nodig is en bewaak je dat afspraken en deadlines niet uit het oog worden verloren. Je hebt een brede blik op de organisatie, onderhoudt contact met uiteenlopende interne en externe ketenpartners en je bent betrokken bij zowel dagelijkse operationele zaken als organisatiebrede projecten en ontwikkelingen. Dankzij jouw organisatorisch vermogen, gevoel voor prioriteiten en proactieve houding creëer je rust en overzicht, zodat de directie zich kan richten op de verdere ontwikkeling van Synaeda.
