In de dynamische wereld van professionele ontwikkeling zoekt onze gerespecteerde opdrachtgever naar een toegewijde Directiesecretaresse. In deze cruciale positie fungeer je als essentiële ondersteuning voor de leidinggevende kracht binnen het bedrijf, waarbij je een sleutelrol speelt in de optimalisatie van onze dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering. Gevestigd in het bruisende hart van de zakelijke metropool, biedt deze functie de unieke kans om direct samen te werken met de top van het management. Jouw verantwoordelijkheid is het proactief ondersteunen van de Directrice, door niet alleen als eerste aanspreekpunt te dienen maar ook door het beheren van diens agenda en het coördineren van informatievoorziening. Je bent betrokken bij het organiseren van managementmeetings, waarbij je zorgt voor de voorbereiding van de benodigde documentatie, het notuleren van besprekingen en het opvolgen van actiepunten.

Verder houd je je, indien dat binnen je ambitie past, bezig met projecten op het gebied van marketing en communicatie.

Je hebt een hbo werk- en denkniveau, idealiter ondersteund door een diploma in managementassistentie of een vergelijkbare opleiding.

Minimaal vijf jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.

Je bent proactief, kunt goed multitasken en beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
