Als Directiesecretaresse Raad van Bestuur bij Total Care ben je de rechterhand en energieke sparringpartner van Esmée Ficheroux. Je brengt focus in een volle agenda, verbindt mensen en onderwerpen en zorgt dat goede ideeën ook écht vooruitkomen. Dit is geen klassieke directiesecretaressefunctie. We zoeken iemand die verder kijkt dan agenda's, stukken en actielijsten. Een energieke doener en denker die initiatief pakt, nieuwe ideeën aandraagt en digitale mogelijkheden omarmt. Je staat er niet alleen voor. Je werkt voor een driehoofdig collegiaal bestuur, waarbij ieder RvB-lid een eigen portefeuille en een eigen Directiesecretaresse heeft. Samen met je collega's en de secretaresse van onze bestuurssecretaris vorm je een hecht RvB-secretariaat. Jullie houden elkaar scherp, springen voor elkaar in en combineren vertrouwen en professionaliteit met tempo en humor. Jouw directe sparringpartner is Esmée Ficheroux, CCO en vicevoorzitter van de Raad van Bestuur. Haar wereld draait om commercie, innovatie, duurzaamheid, organisatiecultuur en marketing & communicatie. Daarnaast is ze actief binnen public & social affairs en rapporteert de directievoorzitter van Tzorg aan haar. Een breed en dynamisch speelveld dus. Jij denkt met haar vooruit, verbindt onderwerpen en mensen en helpt om kansen en ideeën om te zetten in concrete beweging. Zo zit je dicht op de keuzes en initiatieven die de toekomst van Total Care vormgeven.
