Voor onze opdrachtgever, een groeiende organisatie actief in de infrastructuur en duurzaamheid, zijn wij op zoek naar een Directiesecretaresse. In deze veelzijdige rol ben je het aanspreekpunt en de spil in de organisatie. Je ondersteunt het directieteam operationeel én strategisch, zorgt dat de dagelijkse gang van zaken soepel verloopt en neemt waar nodig projecten onder je hoede.

Je dag begint met het doornemen van de agenda's, het voorbereiden van belangrijke gesprekken en het afhandelen van urgente zaken. Jij weet feilloos prioriteiten te stellen en anticipeert op de behoeften van de directie. Denk aan het organiseren van bijeenkomsten, het onderhouden van contacten met externe partners, het opstellen van correspondentie en het bewaken van actiepunten. Door jouw analytische blik en proactieve houding weet je complexe situaties te doorgronden en te vertalen naar concrete acties.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

In deze functie krijg je een breed en dynamisch takenpakket waarbij geen dag hetzelfde is:

Agendabeheer: je plant afspraken en bewaakt de planning van meerdere directieleden

Communicatie: je onderhoudt contact met interne en externe stakeholders en verzorgt professionele correspondentie

Voorbereiding: je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze voorbereiding van vergaderingen, inclusief relevante documentatie en achtergrondmateriaal

Documentbeheer: je registreert en beheert contracten, officiële stukken en vertrouwelijke informatie

Projectondersteuning: je coördineert deelprojecten en bewaakt de voortgang van strategische initiatieven

Verslaglegging: je maakt verslagen en notuleert tijdens overleggen

Je beschikt over HBO werk- en denkniveau en hebt relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare assisterende rol.

Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal.

Flexibiliteit zit in jouw DNA: je hebt geen vaste 9-tot-5 mentaliteit en bent bereid je beschikbaarheid af te stemmen op de dynamiek van de organisatie.
