Onze opdrachtgever is een stabiele organisatie waar resultaat en betrokkenheid hand in hand gaan. Hier draait het om kwaliteit leveren zonder poespas. De werksfeer? Professioneel, maar absoluut niet stijf - je hoeft geen mantelpakje aan. Denk eerder aan een omgeving waar iedereen elkaar aanspreekt, waar lachen mag, maar waar tegelijkertijd hoge eisen worden gesteld aan nauwkeurigheid en discretie. Thuiswerken behoort tot de mogelijkheden, zodat je werk en privé goed kunt combineren.

Wat ga je doen?

Als rechterhand van de directie zorg jij ervoor dat alles loopt zoals het moet. Van agenda's die als een puzzel in elkaar passen tot presentaties die tot in de puntjes kloppen. Je organiseert vergaderingen, bereidt documentatie voor, houdt overzicht over deadlines en bent het aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe relaties. Daarnaast bewaak je de kwaliteit van alles wat de deur uitgaat - want netjes werken is hier niet vrijblijvend, maar een vanzelfsprekendheid.

Je werkt zelfstandig, anticipeert op wat er speelt en lost zaken op voordat ze problemen worden. Denk mee, pak door en schakel soepel tussen verschillende werkzaamheden.

Kortom: jij bent het organisatietalent dat zorgt dat de directie zich kan focussen op waar het écht om draait.

Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.

Een scherp oog voor detail en een natuurlijke drive om alles tot in de puntjes te regelen.

Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).

Vaardig met MS Office en gewend om snel nieuwe systemen eigen te maken.

Discreet, representatief en communicatief sterk.

Proactieve instelling: jij ziet wat er moet gebeuren en pakt het op.
