Jij houdt de buitenruimte in beweging Bij HB Advies draait het buiten niet alleen om stenen, riolen of sportvelden. Het gaat om plekken waar mensen wonen, sporten, bewegen en samenkomen. En juist in de uitvoering maak jij daarin het verschil. Als directievoerder zorg jij dat plannen ook echt goed gerealiseerd worden. Je houdt overzicht, bewaakt kwaliteit en schakelt moeiteloos tussen opdrachtgever, aannemer en omgeving. Van rioolreconstructies en woonrijp maken tot sport, groen en recreatie: geen dag is hetzelfde. Heb je niet in alle genoemde vakgebieden ervaring? Geen probleem. Zolang de functie je aanspreekt, kijken we graag samen naar jouw kennis, interesses en de mogelijkheden binnen HB Advies. Wat je gaat doen Als directievoerder ben je namens de opdrachtgever verantwoordelijk voor een goede uitvoering. Je houdt overzicht, bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt dat alle betrokken partijen weten wat er moet gebeuren. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Directievoering en dagelijks toezicht tijdens de uitvoering van civieltechnische projecten; - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en gemaakte afspraken; - Voeren van de project- en bestekadministratie; - Voorzitten van bouw- en projectvergaderingen; - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers, aannemers, nutsbedrijven, bewoners en andere betrokkenen; - Signaleren van afwijkingen en adviseren over passende oplossingen; - Beoordelen van RAW-bestekken in de voorbereidingsfase; - Evalueren van projecten samen met het voorbereidingsteam. Je krijgt veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid en runt als het ware je eigen projecten. Tegelijkertijd sta je er niet alleen voor: je werkt samen met betrokken en gezellige collega's met wie je kunt sparren en kennis kunt delen.
