We steken de handen uit de mouwen om een omgewaaide boom weg te halen, analyseren verkeersdata en werken aan projecten waarbij we binnen een paar jaar de omgeving veranderen. Kortom, een afdeling vol daadkracht en dynamiek. Hoe doe jij ertoe: In deze rol: - Ben je het dagelijkse aanspreekpunt voor én het voeren van communicatie met de opdrachtgever, aannemer(s), bewoners, bedrijven, nutspartijen, hulpdiensten en overige direct betrokkenen - Bewaak je (RAW) contract binnen de gestelde kaders (tijd, geld, kwaliteit) - Begeleid je de toezichthouders - Beoordeel je de weekstaten, termijnen en meer- en minderwerken - Zit je bouwvergaderingen voor en maak je bouwverslagen - Zorg je voor een goede overdracht naar de beheerder en/of onderhoudsafdeling Hoe ziet je dag er uit? Doorgaans start je de werkdag op samen met de toezichthouders. Dit kan op kantoor onder het genot van een koffie maar ook buiten bij de start van een nieuw project. De voortgang van de lopende projecten wordt besproken waarna je dag begint. Je werkt je mail bij en bereidt de geplande vergadering met een aannemer voor. Je weet dat het een pittig gesprek wordt, omdat enkele deadlines niet zijn behaald. Door op de juiste wijze te communiceren worden er duidelijke afspraken gemaakt. Het project krijgt hierdoor een goed vervolg. De gemaakte afspraken leg je vast in notulen. Lunchtijd! Na een heerlijke soep...
