Werk om trots op te zijn Als directievoerder vertegenwoordig je Stedin als opdrachtgever en begeleid je het uitvoeringsproces van projecten, van start op de werklocatie tot en met oplevering. In de voorbereidingsfase adviseer je over maakbaarheid en planning. Tijdens de uitvoering stuur je op kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang, bewaak je de contractafspraken en zorg je voor goede afstemming tussen alle betrokken partijen. Een dag als directievoerder - Je start de dag in overleg met je projectteam (projectcoördinator en projectleider) en loopt de stand van zaken en planning door. - Daarna ga je naar een projectlocatie om de voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid te controleren en leg je bevindingen vast in de projectrapportage. - Bij afwijkingen zoek je samen met de uitvoerder van de aannemer naar passende oplossingen en stuur je bij namens de opdrachtgever. - In de middag werk je je documentatie bij, rapporteer je over de voortgang en controleer je of het werk conform contract en afspraken wordt uitgevoerd. - Je sluit de dag af met een afstemming met betrokken partijen, zodat iedereen weet waar het project staat en wat de volgende stappen zijn.
