Alliander moet de komende jaren tientallen nieuwe en bestaande onderstations bouwen en vergroten. Dat is een mega uitdaging en daar hebben we goede mensen voor nodig die hier met hun volle energie aan willen bijdragen. Als Directievoerder werk je aan uitdagende-, technisch complexe projecten in de hoogspanning, waar jij je meerwaarde kan laten zien op het gebied van de bouwkunde. Jij coördineert de samenwerking en besluitvorming bij projecten in de uitvoering op projectlocatie(s). Deze rol is voor 38 uur per week in jouw verzorgingsgebied (Veluwe - Flevoland). Het kantoor bevindt zich in Duiven en daar zul je geregeld komen, maar jij werkt vooral op projectlocaties in de regio. Jij maakt het net georganiseerder bij Alliander. Jij maakt het net beter als Directievoerder Je bent lid van het projectteam tijdens de realisatiefase en rapporteert operationeel aan de projectmanager en functioneel aan de Teamleider Regio. De directievoerder is verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van meerdere bouwkundige nieuwbouw en renovatiewerken; civiel- en milieutechnische werken. Het energienet van de toekomst maken we voor iedereen, mét iedereen. En als directievoerder werk jij hieraan mee. - Controleren van het werk op hoofdlijnen, bewaken van het project kwaliteitsplan - Bewaken meer- en minderwerk en beslissen en adviseren i.o.m. de projectmanager - Bewaken verrekenbare hoeveelheden en is bevoegd tot goedkeuren regie- en verreken staten. Is als directievoerder conform de UAV 2012 vertegenwoordiger van de opdrachtgever - Bewaken regelgeving en bepalingen voortvloeiende uit vergunningen - Organiseren en leiden bouwvergaderingen en werkoverleg op de bouwplaats - Beoordelen, bewaken en sturen van planningen - Keuren materialen op het werk of op de fabriek - Opnemen van het werk bij oplevering, opstellen van de eindafrekening en geven van betalingsadvies voor termijnen en afrekeningen - Deelnemen aan projectteam vergaderingen - Opstellen van financiël...
