Directievoerder Openbare Ruimte, een echte smaakmaker Als directievoerder lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de kwaliteit en veiligheid van de openbare ruimte binnen de gemeente Ede. Jij richt je specifiek op de contracten en samenwerking rondom openbare ruimte. Je verzorgt de verantwoording en advisering over budget en kwaliteit van deze onderdelen van de openbare ruimte. Gegarandeerd een afwisselende baan waarin je, samen met een team van toezichthouders, toeziet dat alle werkzaamheden volgens afspraken en bijbehorende bestekken en contracten worden uitgevoerd. Zo geef je gemeente Ede nóg meer smaak. En daar ben je trots op, want je draagt echt iets bij aan onze hele gemeente met meer dan 120.000 inwoners. Voor 32 tot 36 uur per week ben je als directievoerder bezig met het: - Het aansturen en bijsturen van ACV en andere opdrachtnemers op basis van bestekken en contracten. - Het vertalen van beleid en beheerplannen naar praktische, uitvoerbare afspraken op straatniveau. - Het bewaken van kwaliteit, planning, budget en veiligheid in de uitvoering. - Het coördineren van toezicht in de wijken en zorgen dat bevindingen van toezichthouders en meldingen van inwoners worden opgepakt. - Het signaleren van knelpunten en het doen van concrete verbetervoorstellen richting de afdeling Programmering en het ketenteam. - Werken in piketdiensten waarin je ook buiten reguliere kantoortijden in het geval van spoedeisende meldingen (bijvoorbeeld rioolstoringen...
