Binnen het team Wijkbeheer is tijdelijke vervanging nodig voor de functie van Directievoerder Verhardingen. De huidige functionaris is voorlopig ontheven van zijn taken, terwijl de lopende werkzaamheden en projecten doorgang moeten vinden. Om de continuïteit van het beheer, onderhoud en de uitvoering van werkzaamheden aan gemeentelijke verhardingen te waarborgen, zoekt de gemeente Vlaardingen een ervaren Directievoerder Verhardingen. Doel van de opdracht Het zelfstandig uitvoeren van de werkzaamheden van de Directievoerder Verhardingen, zodat onderhouds-, herstel- en vervangingsprojecten binnen de openbare ruimte volgens planning, budget, kwaliteitseisen en contractafspraken worden gerealiseerd. Taakomschrijving Werkzaamheden De opdrachtnemer is verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van de volgende werkzaamheden: - Toetsen van bestekken en contractstukken. - Voeren van directie op RAW- en UAV-contracten. - Voorbereiden, organiseren en begeleiden van planmatige onderhouds- en herstelwerkzaamheden aan verhardingen, waaronder asfalt-, klinker- en belijningswerkzaamheden. - Zorgdragen voor de beschikbaarheid van benodigde materialen en het controleren van kwaliteit en kwantiteit. - Afstemmen met hulpd...
