Werken bij Ede Gemeente Ede Directievoerder Riolering en Verhardingen Categorieën - Buitenruimte / Groenvoorziening - Hbo - 32 - 36 uur Directievoerder Riolering en Verhardingen , een echte smaakmaker Als directievoerder lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de kwaliteit en veiligheid van de openbare ruimte binnen de gemeente Ede. Jij richt je specifiek op de contracten en samenwerking rondom riolering, verhardingen (wegen en paden) en overig grijs in de buitenruimte. Je verzorgt de verantwoording en advisering over budget en kwaliteit van deze onderdelen van de openbare ruimte. Gegarandeerd een afwisselende baan waarin je, samen met een team van toezichthouders, toeziet dat alle werkzaamheden volgens afspraken en bijbehorende bestekken en contracten worden uitgevoerd. Zo geef je gemeente Ede nóg meer smaak. En daar ben je trots op, want je draagt echt iets bij aan onze hele gemeente met meer dan 120.000 inwoners. Voor 32 tot 36 uur per week ben je als directievoerder bezig met het: - Vertegenwoordigen van de gemeente tijdens de uitvoering van beheer- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan riolering, wegen, paden, parkeerterreinen en andere grijze elementen in de openbare ruimte. Hiervoor onderhoud je contacten met aannemers en andere partijen, zoals bevoegd gezag en waterschap. - Opstellen en/of vertalen van bestekken en contractafspraken die door het team Programmering zijn opgesteld en het voeren van directievergaderingen met aannemers over onder meer stelposten, kwaliteit, inzet, meer- en minderwerk en bewonersklachten. - Leveren van inhoudelijke input voor vraagstukken rondom beheer en onderhoud van riolering en grijs. - Coördineren van toezicht in de wijken, zodat bevindingen van wijk- en vaktoezichthouders en meldingen van inwoners goed worden opgepakt en verwerkt in de aansturing van aannemers. - Werken in piketdiensten waarin je ook buiten reguliere kantoortijden in het geval van spoedeisende meldingen (bijvoorbeeld rioolstor...
