Wij zoeken een ervaren directievoerder UAV met aantoonbare kennis van en ervaring met de voorbereiding, uitvoering en contractbeheersing van werkzaamheden in de openbare ruimte Stedelijke omgeving. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht op en de directievoering van civieltechnische wegenbouwprojecten en bewaakt kwaliteit, planning, risico's en contractuele afspraken. Dit ga je doen Voor jou is het technisch vormgeven en realiseren van infrastructurele projecten een mooie uitdaging. Je bent in de ontwerpfase betrokken bij het tot stand komen van het technische ontwerp en verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren en opleveren van civieltechnische projecten. Je weet met de aannemers zo samen te werken zodat ze datgene maken wat in het bestek staat met behoud van een goede relatie. Dit laatste omdat we veel met lokale aannemers werken. Communiceren met de omgeving is voor jou logisch en dat gaat je goed af. Je streeft altijd naar een prettige en vruchtbare samenwerking met de betrokken collega's. Als directievoerder ben je altijd net een stap vooruit op het proces en kan je risico's voorzien en voorkomen.
