In het kort: Je gaat als directievoerder/toezichthouder werkzaamheden in de openbare ruimte aansturen en bewaken, met focus op kabels en leidingen, verhardingsonderhoud en HWBP-projecten, en stemt zorgvuldig af met aannemers, nutsbedrijven en andere betrokken partijen. Organisatie Olst-Wijhe is een prachtige gemeente aan de IJssel tussen de Hanzesteden Zwolle en Deventer. Onze gemeente telt ruim 19.000 inwoners en bestaat uit 12 kernen en buurtschappen. Olst-Wijhe ligt in Salland: een uniek (natuur)gebied tussen de rivier de IJssel en het Nationaal Park de Sallandse Heuvelrug. Olst-Wijhe kent een actieve samenleving. Inwoners denken graag met ons mee én bedenken zelf allerlei ideeën om Olst-Wijhe nog een stukje mooier te maken. Daar geven zij zelf of samen met ons handen en voeten aan. Er is een bloeiend verenigingsleven en met elkaar zetten we onze schouders onder elke uitdaging. Wil jij hier je steentje aan bijdragen? Opdracht De werkzaamheden bestaan uit directievoering en toezicht op werkzaamheden binnen de openbare ruimte. Hierbij ligt de focus op kabels en leidingen, onderhoud van verhardingen, het gebruik van de openbare ruimte en verkeersomleidingen. De directievoerder/toezichthouder ziet toe op de uitvoering van deze werkzaamheden en bewaakt daarbij de gemaakte afspraken. Daarnaast houdt de directievoerder/toezichthouder toezicht op werkzaamheden die worden uitgevoerd ten behoeve van het Hoogwaterbeschermingsprogramma (HWBP). Deze werkzaamheden vinden plaats binnen de openbare ruimte en vragen om een zorgvuldige afstemming met de uitvoering en de verschillende betrokken partijen. De directievoerder/toezichthouder onderhoudt contacten met aannemers, nutsbedrijven en overige partijen die betrokken zijn bij de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden. Een belangrijk onderdeel van de functie is het bewaken van de kwaliteit van de uitvoering. De directievoerder/toezichthouder ziet erop toe dat werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd overeenkomstig de gemaakte afspraken, de va.
