Utrecht Meer details Directievoerder/ Toezichthouder Wegenprojecten Profiel Voor een publieke opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een directievoerder/toezichthouder die een belangrijke rol speelt in de voorbereiding en uitvoering van wegenprojecten. Je bent betrokken bij de realisatie en groot onderhoud van infrastructuur en zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden in de buitenruimte volgens planning, kwaliteit en afspraken worden uitgevoerd. In deze functie werk je nauw samen met projectteams, aannemers en andere betrokken partijen. Je houdt toezicht op de uitvoering van werkzaamheden, bewaakt de voortgang en kwaliteit en schakelt waar nodig met verschillende stakeholders in de omgeving. Ook in de voorbereidingsfase denk je actief mee over de uitvoerbaarheid, planning en omgevingsmaatregelen zoals verkeersafzettingen en communicatie. Tijdens de uitvoering ben je regelmatig op locatie aanwezig en fungeer je als verbindende schakel tussen de opdrachtgever, aannemer en omgeving. Je signaleert knelpunten, bespreekt deze met het projectteam en zorgt voor een goede afstemming tussen alle belangen. Met jouw technische kennis, communicatieve vaardigheden en praktische aanpak draag je bij aan veilige, goed georganiseerde en kwalitatief sterke infrastructurele projecten. Vereisten - Mbo+ werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting civiele techniek - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen de GWW-sector of infrastructurele projecten - Ervaring met toezicht op wegen- en/of asfaltwerkzaamheden - Kennis van projectmatig werken en uitvoering in de openbare ruimte - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en sterk in stakeholdermanagement - In het bezit van rijbewijs B - Kennis van CROW-richtlijnen, wegontwerp en/of SSK-ramingen is een pré Bedrijfsprofiel De provincie Utrecht is een bestuurlijke organisatie die verantwoordelijk is voor de ontwikkeling van de regio Utrecht.
