Je leidt de uitvoering van projecten zoals de bouwrijp- en woonrijp maken van woonwijken, reconstructies van wegen en riolering, en onderhoudscontracten. Je bent de schakel tussen verschillende betrokken partijen en zorgt ervoor dat projecten binnen de gestelde planning, budget en kwaliteitsafspraken worden uitgevoerd. Verantwoordelijkheden - Leidinggeven aan de uitvoering van civieltechnische en groen technische projecten. - Coördineren van de samenwerking tussen aannemers, projectmanagers, werkvoorbereiders en toezichthouders. - Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten tijdens het projecttraject. - Verantwoordelijk voor het gehele projecttraject, van de start tot de oplevering en overdracht aan beheer. - Zorgen voor een veilige, duurzame en aantrekkelijke leefomgeving voor inwoners.
