Based in our Netherlands office, this role has broad leadership responsibility across Israel, Turkey, South Africa, the UAE, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Croatia and Poland. This is a high-impact regional leadership role with the opportunity to influence how Nike supports, engages and enables teammates across a diverse and dynamic portfolio of countries. Leading a team of HR Consultants, you will set the strategic direction for HR service delivery across both Nike retail stores and corporate teams, translating business priorities into a compelling and consistent people experience. You bring the confidence, judgment and enterprise perspective to simplify complexity, establish clear priorities and lead through change. Combining deep HR expertise with strong business acumen, you build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, anticipate emerging needs and create scalable solutions that strengthen organizational performance and the teammate experience.
