Bij De Hooge Waerder in Beverwijk krijg je de kans om een sleutelrol te spelen in de verdere ontwikkeling van onze fiscale praktijk. Jij combineert vaktechnische diepgang met visie, ondernemerschap en coachend leiderschap en draagt zo bij aan de toekomst van onze organisatie én die van onze klanten. Als (aankomend) Director Fiscaal maak je deel uit van het team van Directors en geef je leiding aan een team van fiscalisten. Je hebt een duidelijke visie op het vakgebied en weet deze om te zetten in beleid, richting en inspiratie voor jouw team. Je bent niet alleen inhoudelijk sparringpartner voor klanten, maar ook de verbindende schakel binnen De Hooge Waerder: je brengt mensen samen, stimuleert samenwerking tussen disciplines en ziet commerciële kansen waar anderen die nog niet zien. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in het realiseren van strategische en commerciële doelstellingen. Je denkt mee over organisatiebrede thema's en draagt actief bij aan de verdere groei van de vestiging Beverwijk en aan de ontwikkeling van de fiscale praktijk van de Hooge Waerder. Wat ga je doen? - Je geeft leiding aan het fiscale team en coacht collega's in hun professionele en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit, planning en uitvoering van fiscale opdrachten binnen jouw portefeuille....
