Ben je een energieke, ambitieuze business developer die goed is in het ontwikkelen en vermarkten van commerciële kort- en langlopende academische programma's op het gebied van finance, leadership, AI en duurzaamheid? Als Director Business Development ben je de zakelijke motor achter onze Executive Programmes (EP). Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van winstgevende groei van de Executive Programmes. Je overbrugt de kloof tussen de academische rigor van de UvA en de dynamische behoeften van het bedrijfsleven en de publieke sector. Je geeft als vorm aan de commerciële strategie van EP, in lijn met de strategie van de faculteit, en draagt bij aan de implementatie hiervan binnen de EP-organisatie. Jouw aandacht gaat daarbij zowel uit naar onze langlopende programma's (MBA's, EPMS, Audit & Control, en overig) als naar onze korte programma's (Executive Education, inclusief in-company programma's). Je rapporteert aan de directeur Executive Programmes. - Vormgeven en implementeren van de commerciële strategie van EP. - Samenwerken met programmadirecteuren van de EP-programma's, met de SRM'ers en met onze marketeers. - Initieren en ontwikkelen nieuwe programma's en nieuwe impuls geven aan bestaande programma's. - Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van het EP-relatienetwerk, primair in de regio Amsterdam. Marktpositionering & Groei: Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de commerciële go-to-market-strategie voor het onderwijs portfolio EP, gericht op omzetgroei en verhoging van het marktaandeel. Voor omvangrijke maatwerktrajecten, in samenwerking met het marketing en recruitment team het B2B accountmanagement uitbouwen d.m.v. strategische relaties met board-level managers bij corporate organisaties, overheden en NGO's. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van onze programma's in Executive Education, zowel open programma's als in-company.
