* Führung, Weiterentwicklung und Motivation von Category Managern, Produktmanagern und Marketingfachkräften * Definition und Umsetzung der europäischen Strategie für Category Management, Produktmanagement und Marketing * Festlegung klarer Ziele, KPIs und Verantwortlichkeiten innerhalb der Organisation * Vorantreiben von Innovations-, Portfoliooptimierungs-, Vereinfachungs- und Digitalisierungsinitiativen * Sicherstellung einer engen Zusammenarbeit zwischen Vertrieb, Forschung & Entwicklung, Einkauf, Operations, Supply Chain und Finanzen * Strategische Steuerung des Wachstums von Produktkategorien sowie des Produktportfoliomanagements, der Innovation und der Markteinführung neuer Produkte * Sicherstellung eines effektiven Marketings, einer starken Markenentwicklung, hoher Kundenbindung und erfolgreicher Leadgenerierung * Aufbau eines leistungsstarken, kundenorientierten und verantwortungsbewussten Teams mit Fokus auf messbare Geschäftsergebnisse

Skills

* Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in Marketing, Betriebswirtschaft, Lebensmitteltechnologie oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet * Mehr als 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Category Management, Produktmanagement und/oder Marketing * Erfahrung in den Bereichen Lebensmittelzutaten, Gewürze, Food Service, Fleischverarbeitung, pflanzenbasierte Lebensmittel oder vergleichbaren Segmenten * Ausgeprägtes strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken sowie die Fähigkeit, Wachstumschancen erkennen und umzusetzen * Nachweisbare Erfolge im Innovationsmanagement, in der Produktentwicklung und bei erfolgreichen Produkteinführungen * Umfangreiche Führungserfahrung sowie die Fähigkeit, leistungsstarke Teams aufzubauen, weiterzuentwickeln und zu inspirieren * Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten mit nachgewiesener Erfahrung darin, unterschiedliche Interessengruppen über Länder-, Funktions- und Führungsebenen hinweg zu beeinflussen und auf gemeinsame Ziele auszurichten * Ausgeprägte analytische und datenbasierte Denkweise mit der Fähigkeit, Marktinformationen in konkrete Maßnahmen und messbare Geschäftsergebnisse umzusetzen * Kundenorientierte, pragmatische und hands-on Arbeitsweise mit der Fähigkeit, strategisches Denken und operative Umsetzung miteinander zu verbinden * Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative und Ergebnisorientierung * Erfahrung in der Leitung von Veränderungsprozessen, der Förderung von Innovationen und der Unterstützung organisatorischer Transformationen * Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse sind von großem Vorteil

Gemäß dem geltenden Kollektivvertrag beträgt das Mindestgehalt für diese Position € 5.509,06,- brutto pro Monat auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung von 38,5 Stunden pro Woche. Darüber hinaus bieten wir ein marktgerechtes Vergütungspaket mit einer deutlichen Überzahlung, abhängig von Ihren Qualifikationen, Ihrer Berufserfahrung und Ihrer fachlichen Expertise.
