Wir suchen: 1 Director Group Finance (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben:

* Gesamtverantwortung für den Gruppen-Abschluss sowie Erstellung von Management- und Investor Reports

* Vorbereitung von Earnings Calls und Aufbereitung entscheidungsrelevanter Analysen für Management, Shareholder und Banken

* Verantwortung für Konzernkonsolidierung und Gruppenabschluss nach IFRS in LucaNet

* Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines leistungsstarken Group-Finance-Teams

* Zentraler Ansprechpartner für externe Stakeholder (Investoren, Banken, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Berater)

* Weiterentwicklung von Strukturen, Prozessen und Reporting in einem Private-Equity-getriebenen Umfeld

* Leitung ausgewählter Finance-Projekte, insbesondere im Bereich Systemeinführung und -optimierung

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem CFO (Direct Report) sowie Unterstützung bei strategischen Initiativen

Sie bringen mit:

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finance, Accounting, Controlling oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle in einem internationalen Umfeld, idealerweise in einem Private-Equity-geführten Unternehmen

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in IFRS sowie Erfahrung in der Konzernkonsolidierung

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Investoren, Banken und Wirtschaftsprüfern

* Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Finanzprozesse, Cash Management und Working Capital Steuerung

* Erfahrung mit Konsolidierungs- und Reporting-Tools (idealerweise LucaNet)

* Hohe analytische Kompetenz sowie ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität

* Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen, wachstumsorientierten Umfeld strukturiert und lösungsorientiert zu arbeiten

* Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sicheres Auftreten

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
