In deze veelzijdige managementpositie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële koers van het hotel en geef je leiding aan de afdelingen Sales & Marketing en Reserveringen Novotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (NASA) is onderdeel van de internationale hotelketen Accor en heeft 314 kamers, 17 meeting zalen met verschillende capaciteiten, The B House, een gezellig restaurant met een open keuken, een private dining met een geanimeerde diner ervaring en vooral een heel tof team Job Description Als Director of Sales & Marketing bij Novotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport ben je een belangrijke strategische partner binnen het managementteam van het hotel. Je vertaalt de commerciële doelstellingen van het hotel naar een duidelijke en effectieve strategie en zorgt ervoor dat deze wordt vertaald naar concrete commerciële acties en resultaten. Hierbij werk je nauw samen met met Operations, Revenue Management en andere relevante stakeholders om omzetgroei, een sterke marktpositie en een optimale gasttevredenheid te realiseren.
