Je speelt een cruciale rol in de commerciële groei en positionering van onze People & Change praktijk. Je haalt nieuwe opdrachten binnen, bouwt duurzame relaties op executive niveau en coacht Managers in hun professionele ontwikkeling. Je combineert inhoudelijke scherpte met een enorme executiekracht om blijvend resultaat te leveren dat ook werkt als jij weer weg bent. Verantwoordelijkheden Strategisch & Commercieel Leiderschap - Mede verantwoordelijk voor de groei van de Solution People & Change en strategische key accounts. - Ontwikkelt en realiseert proposities - Stuurt complexe transformatieprogramma's aan binnen politiek-bestuurlijke en operationeel kritische omgevingen. - Leidt commerciële trajecten van relatieontwikkeling tot proposal en delivery. - Verantwoordelijk voor omzetgroei, forecast, marge en teamproductiviteit. - Signaleert actief cross-sell kansen binnen bestaande klanten en sectoren.
