APK Group groeit sterk en bouwt verder aan een internationale organisatie met verschillende business units in de BENELUX en Duitsland. Om deze groei duurzaam te ondersteunen, zoeken we een Group Director Shared Services die de ondersteunende diensten over de landen heen verder professionaliseert, structureert en uitbouwt. In deze rol neem je de leiding over de verdere ontwikkeling van onze shared services, waaronder Finance, HR, Legal en Preventie. Je zorgt ervoor dat deze diensten niet alleen operationeel sterk werken, maar ook strategisch bijdragen aan de groei, rendabiliteit en governance van de groep. We zoeken een ervaren profiel met directie-ervaring, bij voorkeur uit een projectgedreven bouw-, infra- of aannemingsomgeving. Iemand die begrijpt hoe complexe projecten, verschillende entiteiten en operationele business units samenwerken en die finance als belangrijke basis meebrengt.

  • Uitbouwen en professionaliseren van de shared service structuur over meerdere landen.
  • Aansturen en aligneren van ondersteunende domeinen zoals Finance, HR, Legal en Preventie/QHSE.
  • Vertalen van de groepsstrategie naar efficiënte processen, governance en duidelijke samenwerkingsmodellen.
  • Optimaliseren van interne dienstverlening richting business units en directie.
  • Bewaken van budgetten, kostenstructuren, rapportering en financiële performantie binnen shared services.
  • Standaardiseren van processen en best practices over landen en entiteiten heen.
  • Opzetten van KPI’s, managementrapportering en duidelijke service-afspraken.
  • Begeleiden van veranderingsprocessen en het verhogen van maturiteit binnen de ondersteunende afdelingen.
  • Samenwerken met directie, business unit managers en eigenaars over prioriteiten, risico’s en strategische keuzes.
  • Meebouwen aan een organisatie die schaalbaar blijft bij verdere groei, overnames en integraties.
  • Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ruime ervaring in een senior directie- of groepsfunctie.
  • Sterke achtergrond in finance, controlling of financieel management is een belangrijke troef.
  • Ervaring met shared services, transformatie, integratie of het aansturen van ondersteunende diensten.
  • Ervaring binnen een projectgedreven bouw-, infra-, installatie- of aannemingsomgeving is sterk aangewezen.
  • Inzicht in hoe operationele business units functioneren binnen complexe projecten.
  • Sterk in governance, procesoptimalisatie, change management en stakeholdermanagement.
  • Financieel analytisch, strategisch en resultaatgericht.
  • Ervaren people leader die teams richting geeft en maturiteit verhoogt.
  • No-nonsense en nuchter: pragmatisch, besluitvaardig en met beide voeten op de grond.
  • Vlot in Nederlands, Engels en Frans, Duits is een plus.
