Voor een gerenommeerde en groeiende adviesorganisatie in regio Gent zoeken we een Director Tax die méér wil dan complexe dossiers begeleiden. Je komt terecht in een multidisciplinaire omgeving waar fiscaliteit, accountancy, audit en legal nauw samenwerken en waar je mee richting geeft aan de verdere groei van de fiscale praktijk.

Hier krijg je de ruimte om beslissingen te nemen, jouw expertise maximaal in te zetten en een echte impact te hebben op klanten, collega's én de organisatie.

Functieomschrijving Als Director Tax ben je een strategische sparringpartner voor ondernemers en managementteams. Je begeleidt complexe fiscale dossiers en speelt een actieve rol in de verdere uitbouw van de afdeling.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Adviseren rond complexe fiscale dossiers, herstructureringen, overnames en internationale fiscaliteit.
  • Uitbouwen van duurzame klantenrelaties en commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Coachen en begeleiden van managers en senior consultants.
  • Samenwerken met collega's uit accountancy, audit, legal en advisory.
  • Mee bepalen van de verdere strategie en groei van de fiscale praktijk.

Je bent een ervaren fiscalist met een ondernemende mindset en de ambitie om op strategisch niveau mee te bouwen.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een master in een economische of juridische richting.
  • Minstens 10 jaar ervaring binnen tax advisory of fiscaliteit.
  • Sterke fiscale expertise en een coachende leiderschapsstijl.
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Engels.
