Gouda's Harmonie 'De Pionier ' Dirigent gezocht! Het harmonieorkest van Gouda's Harmonie 'De Pionier', met repetities op vrijdagavond, zoekt een dirigent per eind november 2025. Wie zijn wij? Gouda's Harmonie 'De Pionier' is een muziekvereniging met ruim 120 leden. De vereniging, die bestaat sinds 1908, heeft een zo breed mogelijk aanbod voor wie graag (harmonie)muziek maakt of het wil leren, en het leuk vindt om deel uit te maken van het verenigingsleven. Naast het Harmonieorkest maken een Beginnersorkest, een Opleidingsorkest, het Regionaal Seniorenorkest en De Marchingband deel uit van de vereniging. Ook zijn er diverse projecten om kinderen en volwassenen kennis te laten maken met muziek. Onderdeel daarvan is een goed lopend opleidingsprogramma, met doorstromers naar de verschillende orkesten. Jaarlijks leveren we met de verschillende onderdelen een bijdrage aan diverse activiteiten in de stad en de regio. Het Harmonieorkest bestaat uit ruim 50 gemotiveerde muzikanten van uiteenlopend niveau en verschillende leeftijden. Het orkest geeft jaarlijks zo'n 4 tot 6 concerten. We presenteren ons graag als orkest dat een mooi, inhoudelijk gevarieerd en kwalitatief goed programma weet neer te zetten. Concoursdeelname en het streven naar een hogere divisie zijn geen uitgangspunten. Speelplezier en muzikale ontwikkeling wel. Wie zoeken wij? Een enthousiaste dirigent die: - beschikbaar is op vrijdagavond voor repetities; - goed kan omgaan met een orkest waar ervaring en niveau sterk uiteenlopen; - repetities gestructureerd en inspirerend kan leiden, waar serieus werken samengaat met humor en ontspanning; - op een positieve manier feedback geeft en het beste uit iedereen weet te halen; - in het belang van de muzikale ontwikkeling van het orkest, mensen aan durft te spreken; - sociaal vaardig en toegankelijk is, en ook open staat voor terugkoppeling; - een proactieve rol heeft bij de invulling van het concertprogramma, en onderdeel...
