Je beschikt over de dynamiek en het aanpassingsvermogen die nodig zijn bij onze vereniging. Je erkent en herkent de problemen van een kleine maar zeer actieve vereniging en ziet het als een uitdaging om samen tot oplossingen te komen. Dan ben jij misschien wel de dirigent die wij zoeken voor ons blaasorkest. Dit ben jij - Je beschikt over goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden - Je beschikt over een diploma Hafa-directie of een vergelijkbare opleiding - Je hebt ruime muzikale ervaring - Je kunt omgaan met leeftijds- en niveauverschillen binnen de vereniging - Je bent motiverend en inspirerend voor jong en oud - Je beschikt over een oplossingsgerichte/flexibele houding - Je neemt zitting in de muziekcommissie - Je beschikt over goede kennis van uiteenlopende muziekstijlen - Je kunt en wilt zo nodig partituren aanpassen voor het orkest - Je bent in het bezit van een actuele Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) Wie zijn wij Muziekvereniging Excelsior Oploo, als Fanfare Excelsior opgericht in 1909, is een levendige en gezellige vereniging met een blaasorkest dat bestaat uit 36 leden. Naast het blaasorkest is er een opleidingsorkest en een jeugdslagwerkgroep. Deze geledingen treden een aantal keren per jaar samen op. Het blaasorkest staat midden in de dorpsgemeenschap en verzorgt serenades voor jubilerende dorpsbewoners, maar is ook tijdens de Kermis en Sinterklaas in het straatbeeld te vinden.
