Koninlijke Biltse Harmonie zoekt dirigent Beschikbaar sinds: 6 oktober 2026 Sluiting Aanmeldingstermijn: 1 november 2026 Het Groot Harmonieorkest (GHO) van de Koninklijke Biltse Harmonie (KBH) in De Bilt zoekt een inspirerende en betrokken dirigent. Voor het GHO zijn wij op zoek naar een dirigent die samen met het orkest verder wil bouwen aan het muzikale niveau, speelplezier en onze sterke onderlinge binding. De gewenste startdatum is 1 maart 2027. Het GHO Het GHO van de KBH is al jarenlang een gevestigde naam binnen de Nederlandse amateurblaassector. Wij zijn een veelzijdig orkest waarin symfonische en origineel voor harmonieorkest geschreven muziek een belangrijke plaats inneemt. Tegelijkertijd voelen we ons thuis in uiteenlopende muziekstijlen, zoals pop, swing en hedendaagse muziek. We spelen al jarenlang op eerste divisieniveau en hebben de ambitie om ons muzikaal te blijven uitdagen en ontwikkelen. Daarbij streven we naar een goede balans tussen ambitie en plezier: we willen muzikaal groeien, maar op een manier die past bij het orkest en die onze leden motiveert. Het orkest bestaat op dit moment uit ongeveer 60 muzikanten en we repeteren op vrijdagavond van 20.00 uur tot 22.30 uur in De Bilt. • een veelzijdig orkest zijn voor verschillende soorten optredens, publiek en muziekstijlen; • behoren tot de top-5 harmonieorkesten qua niveau in de regio Utrecht; • ons handhaven op een stabiel niveau in het midden van de eerste divisie; • op natuurlijke wijze muzikaal blijven groeien door focus, repetitiediscipline en een passende repertoirekeuze; • concerten geven waar we met elkaar trots op kunnen zijn; • een hechte groep blijven waarin leden zich verantwoordelijk voelen voor het gezamenlijke muzikale resultaat. Daarbij vinden we het belangrijk dat muzikale kwaliteit en verenigingsgevoel hand in hand gaan. Wie zoeken wij?
