Een uitgebreide profielschets is op aanvraag beschikbaar. Valley Voices is een ambitieus en hecht vrouwenkoor uit Ede met ongeveer dertig leden. Wij zingen vierstemmig a capella, met een gevarieerd repertoire in diverse stijlen. Denk aan barbershop, pop en musical. De focus ligt sterk op muzikaliteit, harmonie en expressie. We combineren plezier met kwaliteit en werken planmatig aan onze ontwikkeling. Eind 2027 vieren wij ons 45-jarig jubileum met een concert en nemen bij die gelegenheid afscheid van onze huidige dirigent. Daarom zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe muzikaal leider (m/v) die met ons wil bouwen aan de volgende fase. En die enthousiast wordt van de kans om een belangrijke rol te spelen in ons jubileumjaar en bij het vormgeven van onze toekomstvisie. Als dirigent van Valley Voices: • leid je de wekelijkse repetities op maandagavond in Ede • werk je doelgericht aan klank, muzikaliteit, expressie en presentatie • stel je een repertoire- en repetitieplanning op, inclusief zo'n 4-6 nieuwe songs perjaar • bereid je repetities en optredens zorgvuldig voor • vertaal je de ambities van het koor naar concrete muzikale doelen • draag je bij aan de voorbereiding van het jubileumconcert in november 2027 Wij zoeken een dirigent die: • een muzikale (dirigenten)opleiding heeft of aantoonbaar gelijkwaardig niveau • ervaring heeft met het dirigeren van bij voorkeur a capella-koren • ervaring heeft met de barbershopstijl (een pré) en/of bereid is zich daarin te verdiepen en jaarlijks bij te scholen (een vereiste) • het koor positief, motiverend en verbindend leid...
