Als Discipline Manager Process Engineering ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing, ontwikkeling en verdere professionalisering van de Process discipline in Amsterdam en Groningen. - Je combineert technisch leiderschap, people management, afdelingssturing en klantgerichtheid. - Je geeft leiding aan een dynamisch groeiend team van 10+ medewerkers, coacht hen in hun ontwikkeling en maakt verwachtingen en verantwoordelijkheden helder. - Je bent onderdeel van het managementteam dat beide vestigingen en werkt rechtstreeks onder de Operationeel manager. - Je stemt capaciteit, expertise, prioriteiten en afhankelijkheden af met Project Managers en andere Discipline Managers. - Je bewaakt kwaliteit, productiviteit, budgetten en planning en stuurt tijdig en constructief bij. - Je bouwt aan de bezetting, kennis, standaarden en toekomstbestendigheid van de afdeling. - Je blijft als technisch leider inhoudelijk betrokken bij projecten, proposals en technische keuzes en bespreekt complexe vraagstukken zelfstandig met klanten. -...
