Als disciplinespecialist hoogspanning bij Tata Steel in IJmuiden zorg je dat het midden- en hoogspanningsnet veilig, stabiel en beschikbaar blijft. Jij werkt dicht op de installaties én de operatie en maakt elke dag het verschil in een omgeving waar storingen direct voelbaar zijn. Je rol is een combinatie van praktijk en analyse. Je bent veel in het veld en verbindt wat daar gebeurt met structurele verbeteringen in onderhoud en bedrijfsvoering. Als disciplinespecialist hoogspanning bij Tata Steel… - Werk je direct aan het energienet in de praktijk. Je voert schakelhandelingen uit en treedt op als installatie- of werkverantwoordelijke. - Beoordeel je installaties en werkzaamheden in het veld. Je signaleert afwijkingen en grijpt in waar nodig. - Analyseer je storingen en technische risico's. Je vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteracties. - Bewaak je de technische staat van installaties. Zo zorg je voor betrouwbare en veilige bedrijfsvoering. - Stem je af met fieldteams. Je bespreekt uitvoerbaarheid en veiligheid van onderhoudsplannen. - Vertaal je praktijkervaring naar verbeteringen. Je optimaliseert onderhoud, werkwijzen en procedures. Je verdeelt je tijd ongeveer 60/40 tussen veldwerk en analyse. Zo zorg je dat techniek en praktijk naadloos op elkaar aansluiten.
