Voor een dynamisch gezin in Antwerpen zoeken we een proactieve en betrouwbare gezinsassistent. In deze veelzijdige rol ondersteun je de dagelijkse organisatie van een druk en creatief huishouden waar structuur, discretie en vertrouwen centraal staan.

Je zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot en georganiseerd verloopt achter de schermen, zodat de dagelijkse werking soepel kan blijven draaien.

Wie zoeken wij?

We zoeken een georganiseerde en proactieve gezinsassistent die:

  • zelfstandig werkt en initiatief neemt;
  • uiterst discreet en betrouwbaar is;
  • graag organiseert en overzicht bewaart;
  • oplossingsgericht denkt;
  • praktisch ingesteld is;
  • goed Engels spreekt;
  • respectvol omgaat met privacy;
  • flexibel is;
  • beschikt over een rijbewijs en eigen wagen;
  • zich graag langdurig engageert.

Takenpakket

Organiseren en opvolgen van dagelijkse praktische zaken:

  • Voorraadbeheer van huishoudelijke benodigdheden
  • Coördineren van poets-, was- en andere externe diensten
  • Boodschappen doen en praktische regelingen uitvoeren
  • Overzicht bewaren over de volledige leefomgeving
  • Opruimen en zorgen voor een georganiseerde woning
  • Ad hoc ondersteuning bieden waar nodig
  • Meedenken en initiatief nemen om het huishouden efficiënt te organiseren

Voorstel planning

De uren zijn flexibel in te plannen in onderling overleg, waardoor deze functie goed combineerbaar is met andere activiteiten.
