Als Dispatch Administrator speel je een sleutelrol in het vlot laten verlopen van de dagelijkse transport- en magazijnactiviteiten. Je zorgt ervoor dat afwijkingen tijdig worden gesignaleerd, gegevens correct worden verwerkt en de communicatie tussen dispatch, chauffeurs en operationele teams optimaal verloopt.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Registreren, analyseren en opvolgen van afwijkingen (non-conformiteiten) binnen dispatch- en operationele processen.
  • Opstellen, controleren en analyseren van magazijnlijsten, waarbij je afwijkingen en operationele knelpunten identificeert.
  • Verwerken, controleren en valideren van operationele gegevens om de juistheid en volledigheid ervan te garanderen.
  • Rechtstreeks contact onderhouden met chauffeurs, hun vragen beantwoorden en ondersteuning bieden bij dagelijkse dispatchactiviteiten.
  • Opvolgen van operationele beperkingen en blokkades en ervoor zorgen dat problemen worden opgevolgd tot een passende oplossing is gevonden.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Ervaring binnen een administratieve of operationele ondersteunende functie, bij voorkeur in een logistieke of warehouseomgeving.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een talent om operationele data te interpreteren en afwijkingen snel te detecteren.
  • Een vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels. Daarnaast vormt een goede kennis van het Frans een meerwaarde.
  • Contacten met chauffeurs en operationele teams geven energie, waarbij heldere communicatie vanzelfsprekend is.
  • Een zelfstandige werkhouding gecombineerd met een sterke teamgeest en een nauwe samenwerking met collega's van dispatch en warehouse.
