Voor een internationaal productiebedrijf met een ondernemende en no-nonsense cultuur zoeken we een Dispatch Assistent die ervoor zorgt dat orders correct, tijdig en efficiënt doorstromen tussen systemen, afdelingen en het magazijn. In deze rol regio Moeskroen ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen planning, logistiek en interne stakeholders, en zorg je ervoor dat bestellingen vlekkeloos worden verwerkt.

Jobomschrijving

Als Dispatch Assistent zorg je ervoor dat het logistieke proces vlot en gestructureerd verloopt.

Je zal onder andere:

  • Orders dispatchen en opvolgen binnen het ERP- en WMS-systeem (klantenorders en interne bestellingen).
  • De planning van uitgaande orders beheren en ervoor zorgen dat leveringen tijdig worden klaargezet.
  • Tekorten of afwijkingen detecteren en proactief schakelen met interne teams.
  • Controleren of producten correct beschikbaar en pickbaar zijn in het magazijn.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt tussen magazijn, planning en backoffice.
  • De informatiestroom tussen systemen en afdelingen bewaken.
  • Diverse administratieve taken nauwkeurig en gestructureerd uitvoeren.
  • Dagelijks overzicht houden over meerdere orders tegelijk en prioriteiten bepalen.

Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat orders correct, volledig en op tijd vertrekken.

Must haves

  • Minstens 3 à 5 jaar ervaring in een logistieke of administratieve functie.
  • Ervaring met orderverwerking, dispatching of logistieke planning.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig, ook wanneer de druk toeneemt.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende taken.
  • Je communiceert gemakkelijk met verschillende interne stakeholders.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans (dagelijkse samenwerking).
  • Basiskennis MS Office (Excel & Word).

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring met SAP.
  • Kennis van een WMS (Warehouse Management System).
  • Praktische kennis van Engels in een professionele context.
  • Ervaring in een productie- of logistieke omgeving.
