Onze klant is een toonaangevende distributiespecialist binnen de convenience- en foodsector. Dagelijks zorgen zij ervoor dat duizenden producten tijdig geleverd worden aan onder andere tankstations, buurtwinkels, supermarkten, vrijetijdslocaties en andere verkooppunten. Om hun logistieke operatie verder te versterken, zijn zij op zoek naar een gedreven Dispatcher.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Dispatcher ben jij de centrale spil tussen chauffeurs, planning en klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat transporten efficiënt verlopen en grijpt snel in wanneer zich onverwachte situaties voordoen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opstellen, opvolgen en bijsturen van de dagelijkse transportplanning.
  • Aansturen en ondersteunen van chauffeurs tijdens hun routes.
  • Bewaken van levertermijnen en transportkwaliteit.
  • Snel schakelen bij wijzigingen, vertragingen of onvoorziene omstandigheden.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en interne afdelingen.
  • Optimaliseren van routes en transportstromen.
  • Opvolgen van transportdocumentatie en administratieve processen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een efficiënte en klantgerichte dienstverlening.

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen transportplanning, dispatching of logistiek.
  • Je bent sterk in organiseren en kan vlot prioriteiten stellen.

  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan vlot schakelen met verschillende stakeholders.

  • Kennis van transport, distributie of logistieke processen is een belangrijke troef.
