Een technische groeigroep met sterke fundamenten

Je komt terecht in een gespecialiseerde technische omgeving binnen industrie-, project- en utiliteitsbouw. De organisatie biedt oplossingen rond fysieke beveiliging van mensen, producten en infrastructuur, met onder meer interventies aan kluizen, kluisdeuren en beveiligde installaties. Klanten zijn onder andere bankinstellingen, diamantairs, winkelketens en andere professionele organisaties waar betrouwbaarheid, discretie en snelheid belangrijk zijn.

Vanuit Dilbeek wordt een groeiende interventie- en onderhoudsafdeling verder uitgebouwd. Vandaag werk je mee aan de coördinatie van een team van ongeveer 11 medewerkers, met de ambitie om dit team op termijn verder te laten groeien. Je komt terecht in een financieel stabiele groep met korte communicatielijnen, een praktische mentaliteit en veel aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid, klantgerichtheid en samenwerking. Hier krijg je de kans om niet alleen mee te draaien, maar ook mee structuur te brengen in een afdeling in volle ontwikkeling.

Jouw impact op planning en klantenservice

Als Verantwoordelijke Dispatch zorg je ervoor dat technische interventies correct worden ingepland, opgevolgd en administratief afgewerkt. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt tussen klant, technieker en interne organisatie. Je brengt duidelijkheid in vragen, urgenties, technische informatie en beschikbare mensen.

Je start telkens vanuit de vraag van de klant. Je luistert, stelt gerichte vragen en brengt de situatie helder in kaart. Daarna vertaal je die informatie naar een haalbare planning, waarbij je rekening houdt met prioriteit, locatie, technische expertise en klantverwachting.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • technische interventies plant en dispatcht voor de groep;
  • samen met je collega het eerste aanspreekpunt bent voor klanten via telefoon en mail;
  • gerichte vragen stelt om de locatie, urgentie en technische situatie correct te begrijpen;
  • de juiste technieker toewijst op basis van kennis, beschikbaarheid, regio en prioriteit;
  • de planning bewaakt en tijdig bijstuurt wanneer afspraken of omstandigheden wijzigen;
  • klanten professioneel op de hoogte houdt over timing, status en verdere opvolging;
  • techniekers voorziet van duidelijke informatie, zodat zij efficiënt kunnen vertrekken;
  • alles correct verwerkt in de ERP-omgeving;
  • interventies opvolgt van aanvraag tot afwerking;
  • meedenkt over betere processen, duidelijke communicatie en efficiëntere werkafspraken.

Jij zorgt ervoor dat klanten vertrouwen krijgen, techniekers voorbereid zijn en interventies vlot verlopen.

Wie hier goed op zijn plaats zit

Je bent iemand die graag overzicht creëert in een technische serviceomgeving. Je denkt planmatig, communiceert helder en blijft rustig wanneer meerdere vragen tegelijk binnenkomen. Je begrijpt dat goede dispatching draait om snelheid, maar vooral ook om correcte informatie, duidelijke prioriteiten en betrouwbare opvolging.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • ervaring heeft in dispatching, planning, serviceplanning, technische coördinatie of interventieplanning;
  • voldoende technische affiniteit heeft om vragen goed te begrijpen en juist in te schatten;
  • vlot communiceert in het Nederlands en Frans, zowel telefonisch als schriftelijk;
  • administratief nauwkeurig werkt en vlot met digitale systemen overweg kan;
  • ervaring heeft met een ERP-omgeving of bereid is dit snel onder de knie te krijgen;
  • zelfstandig beslissingen kan nemen, maar ook goed samenwerkt met collega’s en techniekers;
  • maturiteit, rust en verantwoordelijkheidszin uitstraalt;
  • graag meebouwt aan een afdeling die verder groeit en professionaliseert.

Een specifiek diploma is minder belangrijk dan je ervaring, technische feeling en manier van werken. Je hoeft niet de luidste persoon in het team te zijn, maar wel iemand die duidelijkheid brengt, afspraken bewaakt en anderen helpt om efficiënt verder te kunnen.
