De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Dispatcher

  • Plannen en coördineren van transport, materieel en personeel
  • Aansturen van chauffeurs en opvolgen van dagelijkse transportopdrachten
  • Organiseren van leveringen naar werven en klanten
  • Beheren van containertransporten en verhuur van machines
  • Toezien op naleving van rij- en rusttijden en uitvoeren van controles
  • Inplannen van onderhoud en technische keuringen van voertuigen
  • Zorgen dat materialen tijdig op de juiste locatie aanwezig zijn
  • Verwerken en controleren van vrachtdocumenten en administratie
  • Beheren van voorraad en opvolgen van magazijnwerking
  • Waken over orde, netheid en veiligheid op de site
  • Ondersteunen bij aankoop van rollend materieel

  • Bachelor in logistiek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Sterk organisatorisch en probleemoplossend vermogen
  • Assertieve en communicatieve ingesteldheid
  • Vlot met MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Stressbestendig en in staat om prioriteiten te stellen
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en zin voor verantwoordelijkheid
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken met teamgerichte mindset
