Ben jij een geboren planner? En heb jij bij voorkeur al een eerste ervaring hierin? Dan ben jij misschien de persoon die wij zoeken! Voor een bedrijf in Meerhout zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde dispatcher. Jij leid de planning en opdrachten van de transporteurs in goede banen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Dagelijkse opvolging van transporten.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en synchroniseren van de dagelijkse transporten.
  • Opvolging en administratieve controle van transport- en vrachtdocumenten.
  • Opdrachten (containerritten) aan chauffeurs linken in functie van de opgemaakte planning.
  • Het eerste aanspreekpunt en lost de problemen op waarmee de chauffeurs geconfronteerd worden.
  • Volgen en signaleren van de wachttijden bij enige buitensporigheid.
  • Rapporteren aan de truck coördinator.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je affiniteit met logistiek, scheepvaart of transport. Heb je een relevante studie gedaan binnen de logistiek? Dan kom je ook in aanmerking.
  • Als dispatcher heb je een basiskennis rijtijdenwetgeving, kennis van ADR-wetgeving/ (maritiem) transport is een pluspunt. CMR, T1, ADR, etc. klinkt jou bekend in de oren.
  • Kennis Engels en Nederlands, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling
  • Heb je al een eerste ervaring met het plannen van baantransport? Dan is dat zeker een pluspunt.
  • Je bent bereid om in 3 ploegen te werken. In eerste instantie werk je in een vroege en een late shift, maar sporadisch is het de bedoeling dat je de nacht zal overnemen (in het slechtste geval max.10 weken per jaar).
