Je komt terecht in een dynamische transportomgeving waar planning, communicatie en samenwerking centraal staan. Binnen de planningsafdeling zorg je samen met je collega's voor een efficiënte opvolging van nationale distributieritten en draag je bij aan een vlotte dagelijkse werking van de transportactiviteiten.

Ben jij sterk in plannen en organiseren? He jij een goede geografische kennis? Hou je ervan om snel te schakelen en oplossingen te vinden wanneer situaties veranderen? Dan is deze functie als Dispatcher Transport iets voor jou.

Als Dispatcher Transport ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse opvolging van nationale distributieritten. Je ondersteunt de planning, bewaakt de voortgang van transporten en zorgt ervoor dat chauffeurs en partners optimaal kunnen werken.

Jouw taken:

  • Aansturen en ondersteunen van een 70-tal chauffeurs samen met je collega's.
  • Opvolgen en bijsturen van de planning van nationale distributieritten.
  • Coördineren en opvolgen van ritten uitgevoerd door onderaannemers.
  • Analyseren van operationele problemen en uitwerken van passende oplossingen.
  • Dagelijks communiceren met planners, expediteurs, chauffeurs, het crossdockteam en externe partners.
  • Mee bewaken van een efficiënte en kwalitatieve transportorganisatie.
  • Administratief opvolgen van transportgerelateerde processen.
  • Je werkt in een flexibel uurrooster:06:00 - 14:00 uur 09:00 - 17:00 uur 10:00 - 18:00 uur
  • Beschikt over een goede geografische kennis van België.
  • Affiniteit heeft met planning, administratie en transport.
  • Oplossingsgericht denkt en uitdagingen ziet als kansen.
  • Zelfstandig kan werken en verantwoordelijkheid opneemt.
  • Gedreven, leergierig en gemotiveerd is.
  • Vlot werkt met MS Office en snel nieuwe softwarepakketten aanleert.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden heeft in Nederlands en Frans.
  • Interesse heeft in de transportsector en zich hierin verder wil ontwikkelen.
  • Een eerste werkervaring heeft binnen logistiek of transport. Motivatie en leergierigheid zijn minstens even belangrijk.
  • Belang hecht aan kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu.
