Jobomschrijving

Als dispatcher zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor onderstaande takanpakket:

  • Je volgt samen met je collega’s de dagelijkse uitvoering van geplande routes en werkzaamheden op;
  • Je stuurt de planning bij wanneer routes of opdrachten niet volgens planning kunnen worden uitgevoerd;
  • Je lost onverwachte operationele problemen snel en efficiënt op;
  • Je zorgt voor een optimale inzet van medewerkers, voertuigen en andere beschikbare middelen;
  • Je stelt teams samen volgens de beschikbare capaciteit en zorgt ervoor dat alle nodige documenten en informatie tijdig beschikbaar zijn;
  • Je ziet toe op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en grijpt in wanneer nodig;
  • Je volgt medewerkers dagelijks op en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor vragen, problemen en feedback;
  • Je verzamelt feedback over klanten, probleemlocaties, risico’s en andere aandachtspunten;
  • Je coacht en begeleidt medewerkers en teamverantwoordelijken in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden;
  • Je ondersteunt bij verlofplanning, aanwerving en onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers;
  • Je organiseert en begeleidt teamoverleg, opleidingen en veiligheidsmomenten;
  • Je controleert de correcte uitvoering van werkzaamheden en het gebruik en de staat van voertuigen en materiaal;
  • Je volgt onder andere schade, verbruik, rij- en rusttijden, veiligheid en de correcte uitvoering van opdrachten op;
  • Indien nodig bespreek je afwijkingen met medewerkers en zorg je voor een correcte opvolging;
  • Je staat in voor een correcte en tijdige administratieve afsluiting van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden;
  • Je verzamelt en controleert de nodige documenten en zorgt voor een correcte verwerking en archivering;
  • Je controleert het correcte gebruik van digitale systemen en boordapparatuur;
  • Je analyseert rapporteringen rond onder andere prestaties, afwezigheden, overuren en verlof;
  • Je volgt de geregistreerde prestaties van medewerkers nauwkeurig op en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking.

Als dispatcher beschik je over de onderstaande kwaliteiten:

  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelordiploma of hebt een gelijkwaardig niveau opgebouwd door relevante werkervaring;
  • Ervaring in een vergelijkbare werkomgeving is een pluspunt;
  • Je bent sterk in organiseren, denkt oplossingsgericht en weet snel te schakelen wanneer situaties veranderen;
  • Je communiceert vlot NL , bent stressbestendig en werkt graag samen met anderen;
  • Je hebt oog voor efficiëntie en gaat bewust om met beschikbare middelen en kosten;
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office; ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een extra troef;
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om volgens een wisselend uurrooster te werken (06u - 14u30 & 09u30 - 18u).
