Als dispatcher neem je de touwtjes stevig in handen: jij behoudt het overzicht en zorgt dat alle processen vlot verlopen. Je werkt mee aan uiteenlopende projecten, waardoor flexibiliteit en snel schakelen tot jouw tweede natuur behoren. Maar wat houdt jouw rol als dispatcher of planner bij onze klant nu écht in?

  • Inkomende opdrachten verwerken en slim inplannen
  • Dispatchen van express opdrachten
  • Chauffeurs aansturen, opvolgen en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Klanten te woord staan zowel voor vertragingen als voor nieuwe opdrachten
  • Routes uitstippelen en optimaliseren
  • Projecten aanpakken
  • Administratie rond transporten regelen (CMR’s, facturatievoorbereiding, …)
  • Data bijhouden en KPI’s rapporteren.

Wie ben jij in de rol van dispatcher of planner bij onze klant?

  • Je bent communicatief vaardig; gesproken en geschreven
  • Je hebt een goede talenkennis: Nederlands en Frans, een kennis van Engels mag basis zijn
  • Je bent computervaardig (in het officepakket maar je bent ook snel mee met verschillende ERP systemen)
  • Je beschikt over een zeer sterke kennis van het Belgisch en Nederlands wegennet
  • Je stelt je graag flexibel op
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en hebt zin voor verantwoordelijkheid, jouw vrienden noemen je wel eens een plantrekker
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring als dispatcher maar als je jouw kennis van het wegennet of van planningen op een andere manier kan aantonen, horen we dat graag
  • Je staat ervoor open om in ploegen te werken: 07u - 15u15 / 08u30 – 16u45 / 09u30 - 17u45 of late shift 14u - 22u15
  • Je staat ervoor open om enkele zaterdagen per jaar beschikbaar te zijn
