The posting

Voor een stabiel en groeiend familiebedrijf binnen de transport- en logistieke sector zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Dispatcher.

Als Dispatcher ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse planning, coördinatie en opvolging van onze transportactiviteiten.

Jouw taken:

  • Transportopdrachten plannen, organiseren en opvolgen.
  • Dagplanning en routes van chauffeurs opstellen en bijsturen.
  • Chauffeurs ondersteunen bij problemen onderweg, zoals panne, ongeval of vertraging.
  • Rij- en rusttijden, attesten en transportdocumenten controleren.
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten, opdrachtgevers en chauffeurs.
  • Klachten, schadegevallen en andere incidenten behandelen en opvolgen.
  • Internationale transporten en leveringen administratief opvolgen.
  • De inzet en planning van het wagenpark coördineren, inclusief onderhoud en voertuigtoewijzing.
  • De dagelijkse werking van het team coördineren en nieuwe medewerkers begeleiden.
  • Transportgegevens en databestanden up-to-date houden en afwijkingen tijdig signaleren.
  • Je beschikt over ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie, bij voorkeur binnen de transportsector.
  • Een goede kennis van het Frans, Duits is een extra troef.
  • Je bent hands-on, probleemoplossend en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Dankzij je organisatorisch talent weet je efficiënt te plannen en prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en beschikt over een goed commercieel inzicht.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken vormt voor jou geen probleem.
  • Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en weet ook in drukke situaties het overzicht te bewaren.
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht en gaat steeds op zoek naar praktische oplossingen.
  • Je bent sociaal vaardig, leergierig en staat open voor nieuwe uitdagingen.
  • Het correct opvolgen van procedures en werkinstructies is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
