De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Dispatcher:

  • Instaan voor de dagelijkse planning en dispatching van een vloot van ongeveer 95 eigen chauffeurs.
  • Chauffeurs en verschillende types voertuigen zo efficiënt mogelijk inzetten voor transportopdrachten.
  • Coördineren en opvolgen van sneltransporten in zowel binnen- als buitenland.
  • Dagelijks communiceren met chauffeurs en klanten over opdrachten, wijzigingen en praktische afspraken.
  • Snel schakelen wanneer onverwachte situaties of wijzigingen in de planning optreden.
  • Creatieve en praktische oplossingen zoeken om transportopdrachten tijdig en correct uit te voeren.
  • Prioriteiten bepalen en voortdurend het overzicht bewaren over de lopende transporten.
  • Chauffeurs aansturen en zorgen voor een duidelijke communicatie rond hun dagelijkse planning.
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's om een optimale dienstverlening aan klanten te garanderen.

Onze klant Je komt terecht in een dynamische en groeiende transportorganisatie gespecialiseerd in sneltransport. Met een uitgebreide eigen vloot en een groot team van chauffeurs worden dagelijks transportopdrachten in binnen- en buitenland uitgevoerd. Snelheid, flexibiliteit en oplossingsgericht werken staan centraal, terwijl medewerkers kunnen rekenen op een moderne werkomgeving en ondersteuning om zich verder te ontwikkelen. Wie jij bent als Dispatcher:

  • Minstens 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen planning of dispatching.
  • Stressbestendig en in staat om ook tijdens drukke momenten het overzicht te bewaren.
  • Sterk organisatorisch inzicht en plezier in het oplossen van complexe planningsvraagstukken.
  • Communicatief sterk in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels voor contacten met klanten en chauffeurs.
  • Oplossingsgerichte en creatieve ingesteldheid wanneer onverwachte situaties zich voordoen.
  • Een echte teamspeler die graag samenwerkt om tot de beste planning te komen.
  • Flexibel ingesteld en bereid om te werken in vroege, late en dagdiensten tussen 5u en 19u.
  • Dynamische werkhouding en comfortabel in een omgeving waar prioriteiten snel kunnen veranderen.
