Jobomschrijving

Ben jij administratief sterk en hou je van een dynamische werkomgeving? Wil je graag doorgroeien naar een functie als dispatcher of transportplanner? Dan is deze uitdaging in de logistieke sector perfect voor jou. Als Dispatcher ondersteun je de transportafdeling en zorg je ervoor dat transporten vlot, correct en efficiënt verlopen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Als administratief medewerker binnen de transportafdeling ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen chauffeurs, planners, klanten en collega's.
  • Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit:
  • Ondersteunen van transportplanners en dispatchers bij de dagelijkse planning.
  • Verwerken en afdrukken van leverbonnen en transportdocumenten.
  • Opvolgen van transporten en vrachten.
  • Behandelen van transportgerelateerde vragen en klachten.
  • Telefonie en mailboxbeheer.
  • Contact onderhouden met chauffeurs, klanten en interne afdelingen.
  • Snel oplossingen zoeken bij onverwachte problemen.
  • Opvolgen van KPI's en analyseren van gegevens via dashboards.
  • Opstellen van duidelijke rapportages voor het management.
  • Rapporteren aan de Transport Manager.

Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en leert stap voor stap de wereld van transportplanning kennen.

Je voelt je thuis in een administratieve functie binnen logistiek en werkt graag gestructureerd.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in onderstaande punten:

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
  • Je blijft kalm onder tijdsdruk.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en denkt proactief mee.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler.
  • Je hebt interesse in transport, logistiek en planning.
  • Ervaring in transport of logistiek is een pluspunt, maar geen must.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office, met een sterke focus op Excel.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Kennis van het Frans is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent flexibel en kan indien nodig een vroege ploeg overnemen.
