Ben jij sterk in planning, organisatie en communicatie? Heb je ervaring met transportplanning en krijg je energie van het coördineren van verschillende opdrachten tegelijk? Dan is deze functie als Dispatcher Moving / Transportplanner misschien precies wat je zoekt. Voor onze klant te Deurne zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Dispatcher Moving om het operationele team te versterken. In deze veelzijdige functie neem je de planning, coördinatie en opvolging van nationale en internationale verhuisopdrachten voor jouw rekening.

Je vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, verhuizers, chauffeurs, onderaannemers en de interne organisatie. Met jouw organisatorisch talent zorg je ervoor dat mensen en middelen efficiënt worden ingezet en verhuisopdrachten correct en binnen het vooropgestelde budget worden uitgevoerd. Je combineert operationele planning, transportcoördinatie, administratie en communicatie. Daarbij verlies je nooit het overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere opdrachten gelijktijdig lopen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je staat in voor de planning van nationale en internationale verhuisritten.
  • Je bepaalt samen met het operationele team hoe medewerkers, verhuizers, chauffeurs en subcontractors zo efficiënt mogelijk worden ingezet.
  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse uitvoering van de geplande verhuisopdrachten.
  • Je volgt de werkzaamheden actief op en stuurt de planning bij wanneer de omstandigheden daarom vragen.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van alle opdrachten in de planningstool.
  • Je bezorgt onderaannemers tijdig de nodige informatie en werkopdrachten.
  • Je stelt dagelijks de benodigde werkdocumenten en planningsinformatie op.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang van opdrachten en grijpt in wanneer zich vertragingen of andere operationele problemen voordoen.
  • Je zoekt voortdurend naar de meest efficiënte inzet van mensen en middelen, rekening houdend met het beschikbare budget.
  • Je onderhoudt op een professionele manier contact met klanten, collega's, chauffeurs, verhuizers en externe partners.
  • Je geeft opdrachten door aan de verhuizers en volgt de uitvoering ervan nauwgezet op.
  • Je houdt de gepresteerde werkuren correct bij.

Relevante ervaring binnen transport, logistiek, dispatching of transportplanning.

  • Een goede kennis van het nationale en internationale wegennet.
  • Ervaring met het organiseren en plannen van opdrachten waarbij verschillende partijen en middelen moeten worden afgestemd.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om verschillende opdrachten tegelijkertijd op te volgen.
  • Een analytische en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Een flexibele werkhouding en voldoende stressbestendigheid om met een hoge werkdruk om te gaan.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een vlotte manier van samenwerken.
  • Een zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
  • Een goede kennis van Frans.
  • Een goede kennis van Microsoft Office.
  • Een zelfstandige werkhouding en de motivatie om jezelf voortdurend verder te ontwikkelen.
