In deze functie start je als dispatcher met administratieve focus, waarbij je instaat voor de dagelijkse opvolging van operationele flows. Na een inwerkperiode groei je door naar een meer analytische rol waarin je meedenkt over verbeteringen, problemen detecteert en oplossingsgericht analyses maakt binnen de dispatchactiviteiten.

Je rol evolueert dus van uitvoerend naar meer analytisch en ondersteunend in optimalisatie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Administratieve opvolging van dispatchactiviteiten en operationele dossiers
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van gegevens in interne systemen
  • Ondersteunen van de planning en dispatchflow
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen of problemen in de operationele werking
  • Meedenken in oplossingen en verbeteringen binnen de dispatchprocessen
  • Op termijn uitvoeren van eenvoudige analyses op dispatchdata
  • Samenwerken met dispatchers, planners en operationele teams
  • Snel en correct schakelen in verschillende systemen en tools

Vereisten

  • Je werkt graag gestructureerd en nauwkeurig
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en denkt verder dan de basisopdracht
  • Je bent snel weg in systemen en digitale tools
  • Je bent een goede luisteraar en pikt informatie snel op
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt overzicht in een dynamische omgeving
  • Talenkennis: Nederlands en Engels (verplicht)
  • Frans is een pluspunt (lees- en luistervaardigheid volstaat)
  • Eerste ervaring in dispatching, administratie of logistiek is een troef, maar geen must
