Onze klant is actief in de sector van het uitzonderlijk cargotransport. Als onafhankelijk bedrijf, gevestigd in Antwerpen, groot genoeg om elk grootschalig project aan te nemen, maar tegelijk ook een bedrijf op mensenmaat dat een persoonlijk aanpak garandeert.

Jobomschrijving

Heb je ervaring als dispatcher, transportplanner of logistiek planner? Ben je communicatief sterk in Nederlands, Engels én Frans? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou.

Jouw functie als Dispatcher:

Als Dispatcher ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie, planning en opvolging van nationale en internationale verhuisopdrachten. Je zorgt ervoor dat mensen, voertuigen en middelen optimaal worden ingezet en bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, verhuizers, chauffeurs en onderaannemers.

Geen enkele dag verloopt hetzelfde. Je verwerkt opdrachten, volgt wijzigingen op, lost onverwachte situaties op en zorgt ervoor dat alles administratief correct wordt geregistreerd.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Plannen en coördineren van nationale en internationale opdrachten
  • Opstellen van efficiënte rit- en werkplanningen
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van klantaanvragen
  • Behandelen van wijzigingen en last-minute aanpassingen
  • Dagelijks contact onderhouden met klanten, chauffeurs, verhuizers en onderaannemers
  • Opmaken van transport- en werkdocumenten
  • Administratieve verwerking en opvolging in de planningstool
  • Bewaken van budgetten en optimale inzet van personeel en middelen
  • Opvolgen van werkuren en prestaties van de operationele teams
  • Actief zoeken naar efficiënte oplossingen binnen een uitdagende logistieke omgeving

Wie zoeken we?

Voor deze functie zoeken we een medior profiel met enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen transport, logistiek of de verhuissector.

Jij brengt mee:

  • Minstens 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als dispatcher, transportplanner of logistiek planner
  • Ervaring binnen de transport-, logistieke of verhuissector
  • Een sterk logisch en analytisch denkvermogen
  • Het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen en ook onder druk het overzicht te bewaren
  • Een flexibele, hands-on en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid
  • Sterke administratieve vaardigheden en oog voor detail
  • Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en Engels, aangevuld met voldoende Frans om professionele gesprekken te voeren met klanten en partners
  • Een goede kennis van Microsoft Office
