Ben jij klaar om je mouwen op te rollen? Als Dispatcher ben jij de spil in onze transportafdeling. Jij zorgt dat chauffeurs, klanten en collega’s op jou kunnen rekenen!

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je stelt de werkplanning op voor een 50-tal chauffeurs en volgt de uitvoering van de ritten naar onze klanten op.
  • Je ziet toe op een correct vertrek en aankomst en ondersteunt chauffeurs bij vertrek.
  • Je controleert aanwezigheden en uurregistraties.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en klanten via telefonische bijstand en lost vragen of problemen op een creatieve, klantgerichte manier op.
  • Je creëert een veiligheidscultuur door risicoanalyses, veiligheidsgesprekken en naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Je volgt KPI’s van de transportafdeling op (zoals temperatuur en schema) en rapporteert hierover.
  • Je onderhoudt de samenwerking met externe transporteurs.
  • Je zorgt voor een goede werksfeer, opvolging van prestaties en onboarding van nieuwe collega’s.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Affiniteit met logistiek en transport, bij voorkeur opgebouwd vanuit een eerdere operationele ervaring als dispatcher, transportplanner of chauffeur.
  • Oplossingsgericht en creativiteit: je weet op een klantgerichte manier om te gaan met uitdagingen en vindt steeds een passende oplossing.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en stressbestendigheid: je kunt vlot multitasken en schakelen tussen verschillende taken zonder het overzicht te verliezen.
  • Nauwkeurigheid en administratieve skills: je zorgt voor correcte en volledige documentatie.
  • Communicatief sterk: je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands én het Frans.
  • Flexibiliteit: je werkt volgens een vast rooster (3u30 – 11u38), en springt indien nodig bij tijdens piekmomenten.
