JOUW UITDAGING

Als Dispatcher zorg jij ervoor dat de operationele werking vlot verloopt. Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Opvolging van NMBS-opdrachten
  • Planning & personeelsinzet
  • Controle & opvolging van rapporten
  • Telefonische ondersteuning & communicatie
  • Inkomende interventies voor onze technologie afdeling verwerken
  • Opvolging van operationele zaken & incidenten
  • Snel schakelen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt
